Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project/ Operations Executive to support a healthcare study pilot. This roleinvolves coordinating with stakeholders, managing recruitment processes, andoverseeing on-site health assessment operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with programme teams and vendors to support study execution
- Manage recruitment and onboarding of participants
- Coordinate with stakeholders on setup and operational deployment
- Oversee daily operations of health assessment kiosks during the pilot
(e.g., body composition measurement, hand grip strength, blood pressure, waist circumference) - Provide administrative support for data collection, reporting, and evaluation activities
Preferred Traits
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and coordination abilities
- Experience in managing vendors or field operations is a plus
