Key Responsibilities:

  • The Project Officer will assist in the day-to-day coordination of project activities, including planning, scheduling, tracking, and follow-up.

  • The Project Officer will provide comprehensive administrative support to the project team.

  • The role may involve supporting budget monitoring and financial administration under the guidance of the project lead or finance team.

  • The Project Officer will help maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date project documentation.

  • The Project Officer will serve as a key coordination point between the project team and various stakeholders.

  • The Project Officer may be required to support the planning and execution of project-related events.

  • The Project Officer will help ensure that project administration follows relevant institutional and funding requirements.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, Project Management, Communications, Science, Engineering, Social Sciences, or a related discipline.

  • Relevant experience in project coordination, administration, research administration, academic administration, grant management, or office operations.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and stakeholders.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Good attention to detail and accuracy in documentation, scheduling, and administrative processing.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a team.

  • Professional, responsible, discreet, and service-oriented attitude.
