Review sales handover budgets and ensure alignment with company policies, statutory requirements, and contract specifications.
Manage the full project lifecycle to ensure operations are carried out within budget and in accordance with ISO standards.
Oversee and guide engineers in project execution, including:Project scheduling and progress monitoringSubmission of documents and drawingsMaterial procurement processesVariation order and quotation submissionsSystem design and implementation
Monitor site progress to ensure alignment with project schedules identify potential delays and implement preventive or corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and company safety practices.
Conduct regular project meetings and prepare meeting minutes for reporting purposes.
Prepare cost estimates and manage progress claims, interim certifications, and payment responses.
Review internal submissions such as material requisitions, labour reports, staff claims, and project forecasts.
Attend commercial and technical meetings coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
Work closely with engineering teams to plan work procedures, scope, and scheduling ensure timely completion of FAT, testing & commissioning, training, and project handover.
Provide guidance and support to engineers and supervisors to ensure adherence to company procedures and standards.
Monitor and control project activities to ensure timely completion within budget.
Ensure timely procurement and delivery of equipment to site.
Manage variation orders and ensure timely submission for approval and claims processing.
Prepare regular reports, including weekly progress updates, revenue forecasts, and budget reviews.
Develop and maintain project schedules in line with client requirements and milestones.
Manage project cash flow and inventory to maintain healthy financial performance.
Ensure timely receipt of payments and follow up on outstanding invoices.
Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field
At least 5 years of relevant project management experience in construction or engineering projects
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and project timelines effectively
