Your Role As a Project Manager (Zenika Consultant)
You will oversee technology projects that meaningfully improve how public sector services are delivered. Working across teams, from business analysts to product stakeholders - you'll drive user-centric solutions from concept to completion. You're digitally savvy, naturally proactive, and energised by finding innovative ways to apply AI and emerging tech to real-world needs.
What You'll Do
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables while managing project plans, schedules, and reports to ensure delivery within time, scope, and budget
- Lead cross-functional collaboration across development and technology teams, facilitating ops-tech sessions and regular stakeholder updates
- Oversee vendor and service provider relationships, ensuring contractual responsibilities are met and procurement activities are well-managed
- Coordinate system security audits, vulnerability assessments, and day-to-day operations to meet uptime and availability targets
- Implement and maintain processes for issue management, change control, documentation, and quality assurance
- Identify and support digital transformation opportunities across the organisation
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in technology/IT environment
- Experience delivering digital or transformation projects across public sector or large-scale, regulated environments
- PMP or equivalent project management certification
- Technical background with IT teams and developers
- Experience in Agile, Cloud Technologies, Knowledge Management, or Service Design
- Experience in managing system implementation and maintenance projects using Agile methodology
- Experience in budget management, cost optimisation, and financial planning
- Team player with strong analytical, problem-solving, and influencing skills
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
Nice to Have
- Experience working with Agile tools such as Figma, Miro, or JIRA
- Certification such as Scrum Master or Product Owner is a plus
- Experience with development workflows using tools like SHIP/HATS, GitHub or GitLab for code management and collaboration
- Experience to rapid application development platforms such as OutSystems
- Working experience with content management systems such as Sitefinity, SharePoint Online, or similar platforms
