Roles & Responsibilities
1. Project Planning & Coordination
- Develop project schedules, milestones, and resource allocation plans.
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Ensure timely submission of shop drawings, method statements, and material approvals.
2. Execution & Supervision
- Oversee site activities for ACMV installation, testing, and commissioning.
- Monitor progress against schedule and resolve technical/site issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental requirements.
3. Budget & Cost Control
- Prepare and monitor project budgets, cost forecasts, and cash flow.
- Review and approve variation orders, claims, and progress payments.
- Optimize resource utilization to achieve cost efficiency.
4. Regulatory & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to Singapore Building and Construction Authority (BCA), Workplace Safety and Health (WSH), and relevant statutory requirements.
- Liaise with authorities for inspections, permits, and approvals.
5. Team Leadership & Communication
- Lead and motivate project engineers, supervisors, and site staff.
- Conduct regular project meetings with stakeholders.
- Provide clear reporting to senior management on project status, risks, and deliverables.
6. Quality Assurance
- Implement and enforce quality control procedures.
- Ensure proper documentation of testing, commissioning, and handover processes.
- Address defects and warranty issues within stipulated timelines.
