PROJECT MANAGER

X'clusive Aquarium specializes in high quality fishes premium food, and aquarium accessories. We bring the beauty and calm of aquatic life into homes, offices, and commercial spaces helping enthusiasts create healthy and vibrant aquariums. We are looking for a Project Manager to plan, execute, and deliver projects that support our growth and customer satisfaction. You will coordinate team manage timelines and ensure successful projects across operations, marketing, product development and customer experience.

Specific Responsibilities

1. Define clear project scopes, objectives, and timelines for retail operations, marketing campaigns and product launches.

2. Track expenses and ensure initiatives remain within budget handling scope changes professionally.

3. Supervise the setup of new aquarium displays store sections or promotional to enhance customer experience.

4. Conduct regular quality checks on fish health, food packaging, and accessories before product launch or sales campaigns.

5. Gather and manage customer feedback to ensure retail projects align with client expectations.

6. Develop detailed project plans, allocate resources, and assign tasks based on team member skills and availability.

7. Monitor stock levels anticipate shortages and manage inventory replenishment projects effectively
