Act as the single point of contact with the Client for all project matters
Plan, coordinate, and manage all project activities from start to completion
Prepare project schedules and ensure timelines are met
Coordinate manpower, equipment, and resources across sites
Supervise Site Managers and operational teams
Monitor daily progress and resolve operational issues promptly
Ensure quality, accuracy, and completeness of all deliverables
Ensure compliance with safety, security, and contractual requirements
Prepare and submit progress reports and final reports on time
Manage risks, contingencies, and overlapping project schedules effectively
Diploma or Degree in Project Management, Operations, Logistics, or related field
Minimum 5 years of relevant project management experience
Experience managing large-scale or multi-site projects
Proven experience overseeing teams and supervisors
Good knowledge of operations planning and coordination
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
Familiar with reporting, documentation, and quality control processes
Knowledge of workplace safety and risk management practices
Reliable, organised, and able to work under tight timelines
