Data Intellect is a data and technology consultancy firm delivering solutions across financial services and other industries. We are seeking a Project Manager to support the delivery of projects within a consulting environment, ensuring alignment with client and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery & Planning
- Plan, manage, and oversee projects from initiation through to completion
- Develop project plans, timelines, and monitor progress to ensure delivery within scope and schedule
- Adjust plans where necessary to meet project objectives
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Act as a point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders
- Gather, document, and manage business and technical requirements
- Maintain clear and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Coordinate with internal teams including technology, product, and operations
- Work with external vendors where required
- Support alignment across multiple project workstreams
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain project documentation including requirements, workflows, and reports
- Prepare regular status updates for stakeholders and management
- Ensure proper documentation of project processes and standards
Risk, Budget & Compliance
- Identify and escalate project risks and issues where appropriate
- Monitor project scope, deliverables, and resource utilisation
- Support compliance with internal processes and relevant standards
Continuous Improvement
- Participate in post-project reviews to identify improvement areas
- Support enhancements to project delivery processes and methodologies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in project management or coordination roles
- Experience in consulting, digital transformation, technology, or data-related environments preferred
- Basic understanding of project management methodologies (e.g. Agile, Waterfall)
- Good communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively across teams
Preferred:
- Professional certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum-related qualifications
