Project Manager (Web)

Overview

We are looking for a Project Manager at Websentials to lead website projects from kickoff to launch. You will coordinate between clients and internal teams, manage timelines and resources, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations. Your role will be key in keeping projects on track and providing a seamless experience for all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning: Collaborate with clients to define project goals and develop detailed plans with clear timelines, scope, and resources allocation.

• Team Coordination: Lead cross-functional teams (Designers & Programmers), assign tasks, set priorities, and ensure deadlines are met while fostering collaboration.

• Client Communication: Act as the primary client contact, provide updates, gather feedback, and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

• Quality Assurance: Implement best practices and review deliverables to ensure they meet client requirements and company standards.

• Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential risks, propose solutions, and escalate issues when necessary to keep projects on track.

• Project Management Tools: Use Trello to track tasks, monitor progress, and ensure all project activities are organized and transparent.

• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain organized project documentation and provide clear progress updates to clients and internal teams.

• Project Handover Collaboration: Coordinate with Sales/Business Development to ensure a smooth project handover and clear communication of client requirements.

Requirements

• Experience: Proven experience as a Project Manager in web development projects within an agency setting, preferably experience in WordPress.

• Communication skills: Clear, professional, and confident in client-facing interactions, able to handle difficult conversations tactfully.

• Organizational skills: Strong time management and planning abilities to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Problem-solving mindset: Quick-thinking and solution-oriented, able to anticipate risks, adapt to changing priorities, and resolve issues on the spot.

• Technical curiosity: Understanding of digital marketing mechanics and willingness to learn web technologies and project workflows.

• Team Player: Works collaboratively with cross-functional teams (Designers & Programmers) and contributes positively to team culture.

• Project Management Tools: Proficient in tools such as Trello, or similar for project planning & tracking.
