We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with strong expertise in Wealth Management and Investment Products to lead large-scale strategic initiatives within the financial services domain. The ideal candidate will bring deep operational knowledge, exceptional stakeholder management capabilities, and proven experience managing complex end-to-end programs across banking and investments.
Key Responsibilities
Stakeholder & Communication Management
- Manage all aspects of project and program engagement including planning, vendor management, communications, resources, budgets, risks, issues, and change management
- Drive governance processes and proactively manage stakeholder expectations
- Deliver clear and effective executive-level communications and presentations
- Provide regular status reporting on milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and overall program health
- Collaborate closely with leadership teams, business stakeholders, operations, and technology teams
Process & Delivery Execution
- Manage a portfolio of complex projects across multiple business lines
- Own the full project lifecycle from initiation through implementation and closure
- Ensure projects are aligned with strategic business objectives
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans covering all project phases
- Lead day-to-day project execution including working groups and steering committee meetings
- Identify and manage interdependencies between business, operations, and technology teams
- Monitor project progress and resolve issues, conflicts, dependencies, and critical path challenges
- Ensure delivery within agreed scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards
Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of project management experience within financial services
- Strong domain expertise in Banking, Investments, and preferably Wealth Management
- Deep understanding of wealth operational processes and investment products/services
- Proven experience managing large-scale programs with project budgets ranging from USD 5M–20M
- Demonstrated experience leading full end-to-end project delivery in a lead role
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
- Excellent executive-level verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively under pressure
- Degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience
- PMP and/or PRINCE2 certification is an advantage
