We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to help bring these projects to life.

The Role

You will be the driving force behind project delivery, ensuring that projects achieve their design vision, technical objectives, and financial goals.

Working closely with clients and project teams, you will:

• Lead projects through all phases of development
• Build strong and trusted client relationships
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across locations and disciplines
• Guide project planning, scheduling, resourcing, and delivery
• Maintain design quality and technical excellence throughout the project lifecycle
• Manage project budgets, commercial performance, and contractual obligations
• Support business development and help strengthen long-term client partnerships

What We're Looking For

You are an experienced project leader who enjoys bringing people together to deliver exceptional outcomes.

You likely bring:

• 10+ years of project management experience within architecture, hospitality, mixed-use, or related design environments
• A proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• The ability to balance design aspirations with technical and commercial realities
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and multiple project priorities
• A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset

Experience within hospitality, resort, or large-scale destination projects will be highly valued.
