About The Position
We're looking for a committed and action-oriented Project Manager to lead and manage key business transformation projects via effective and pragmatic project management. The project manager will be required to manage multiple concurrent streams at the same time with significant scale and business impact.
Responsibilities
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
- 4-6 years experience in project management, digital transformation, process improvement, finance operations or system integration.
- Strong project governance skills planning, risk control, stakeholder alignment, and value tracking.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver technology-driven projects.
- Solid understanding of workflow automation tools.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business strategy into structured delivery roadmaps with measurable outcomes.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills can bridge business needs with technical execution.
- PMP / Agile certification preferred. Familiarity or Knowledge of AI or GenAI is a plus. Experience in gaming or creative industry a plus.
Qualifications
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of Agentic AI and workflow automation initiatives from business case definition to post-deployment evaluation.
- Collaborate closely with the AI Business Analyst and AI Engineer to translate business goals into actionable project plans, timelines, and success metrics.
- Develop detailed project scope, timelines, milestones, resource allocation plans, and risk registers. Maintain alignment with the Digital Transformation roadmap and ensure transparency across stakeholders.
- Serve as the bridge between technical teams (AI Engineers, BI Developers) and functional leads (Sales, HR, Finance, IT). Communicate project status, risks, and ROI metrics to executive stakeholders.
- Oversee budget, resource allocation, and milestone tracking to ensure timely and quality delivery.
- Partner with business teams to drive adoption of new automation tools, conduct user training, collect feedback, and iterate on system improvements.
- Identify improvement and scaling opportunities for reusable automation frameworks.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration across teams.
