. Have a strong portfolio showcasing hands-on project management success, with consulting, software development, or design experience.

. Technical competency in low-code and high-code development environments within medium- to large-scale software projects.

. Possesses excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with proven ability to influence decision-makers and pitch innovative ideas.

. Prior experience with co-sourcing delivery approaches and familiarity with the Singapore Government Technology Stack will be valuable.
