Project Manager (Travel Required)

Role Overview:

Take ownership of end-to-end ERP implementation delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget, while meeting all business acceptance criteria. This role combines strategic governance, stakeholder engagement, and hands-on onsite execution to drive seamless project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the project plan, milestones, critical path, and day-to-day execution.
  Navigate complex, multi-party projects involving business stakeholders, onsite teams, and remote development, QA, and DevOps teams through proactive coordination and governance.

• Manage scope, requirements, change requests, and approvals.
  Ensure disciplined change management to prevent uncontrolled requests, rework, and delivery delays.
  Conduct monthly visits overseas to facilitate workshops, validate requirements, coordinate UAT and training, and support go-live and hypercare.

• Facilitate workshops, validate requirements, and secure solution sign-offs.

• Drive integration readiness, data migration planning, and UAT coordination.

• Monitor risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies (RAID), implementing mitigation and escalation strategies.
  Resolve blockers quickly across integration, data migration, UAT defects, and deployment issues.

• Coordinate releases, environment readiness, cutover, and hypercare activities.

• Lead governance through steering updates, status reports, action tracking, and meeting documentation.

• Reduce penalties, delays, and downstream support costs by maintaining a dedicated focus on delivery. Collaborate with vendors and partners to ensure adherence to delivery standards and timelines.

  Experience managing projects across diverse cultures and multiple countries, with willingness to travel frequently.

  Professional certification is a plus: PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile.
