Job Description
- Project Delivery: Deliver Trade Finance Project on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

- Monitoring and Tracking: Continuously monitor and track project progress, identifying and addressing any deviations or issues.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks that could impact the project delivery, ensuring proactive measures to minimise risk exposure.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 10 years experience in Trade Finance and project management.
- Proven success in IT program management and business transformation.
- Experience engaging senior stakeholders and managing cross-border teams.
- Strong leadership, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to see the big picture and translate it into practical actions.
- Solid understanding of core banking systems and IT program delivery.
- Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills.
