Project Manager

- Minimum 5-8years in mid-large scale project management and /or delivery

- 8-10years of management/leadership experience by leading small to medium size team is an advantage

- strong leadership, people management, time management, problem solving, project management and conflicts resolution skills.

- Self-motivated team player with ability to work under tight project deadlines

- Experienced in journey experience mapping or service blueprint is an advantage

- Domain knowledge in Healthcare operation process is an advantage

- Detail oriented and meticulous in medium to complex cost planning

- Strong presentation, interpersonal and organizational skills in a matrix reporting environment.

- Preferably Certified Project Management (SAFe,CSM, CITPM, ITIL etc).
