Job Summary:-We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of Telecom BSS/OSS projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, governance, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and successful project delivery while ensuring alignment with business objectives, quality standards, timelines, and budgets.
Key Responsibilities:-- Lead end-to-end delivery of Telecom BSS/OSS projects from initiation through deployment.
- Develop, manage, and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, deliverables, and resource plans.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, timelines, and quality to ensure successful delivery.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment.
- Establish project governance, reporting mechanisms, and regular stakeholder communications.
- Drive project execution through effective planning, tracking, and status reporting.
- Facilitate project meetings, decision-making, and issue resolution.
- Ensure compliance with project management standards, organizational policies, and delivery best practices.
- Prepare project documentation, executive reports, and project closure deliverables.
Required Skills & Experience:-- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
- 1015 years of experience in Project Management or Program Management, with experience delivering large-scale technology projects.
- Experience managing Telecom BSS/OSS projects or enterprise transformation initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and project lifecycle management.
- Experience in project planning, budgeting, resource management, risk management, and governance.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, presentation, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced and dynamic environments.
- Experience working with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
Preferred Skills:-- Experience in Telecom Business Support Systems (BSS) and Operations Support Systems (OSS).
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent Project Management certification.
- Experience delivering digital transformation or enterprise system implementation projects.
- Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery methodologies.
