JOB DESCRIPTION
To administer and to complete the Project Contract including:
a) Planning, executing and monitoring of Master Work Programme
b) Coordinating with Client, SO's Rep, QP, Engr/Sups, WSHO, ECO, QS and others
c) Liaising with various Approving Authorities/Parties for the approval of works
d) Writing of MOS and resolving various technical issues
e) Ensuring all work activities are carried out safely, correctly, productively and efficiently in accordance to MOS, Specifications and Requirements
f) Preparing, submitting and filing of Monthly Reports
g) Assist and documenting for Quality Auditing
JOB REQUIREMENTS
a) Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Civil and Structural Engineering or equivalent
b) Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience locally
c) Positive attitude, well-organised, good communication skill and strong team leadership
