2. Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
3. Oversee electrical installation, maintenance, and commissioning activities on-site.
4. Coordinate with clients, contractors, engineers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
5. Monitor project progress and provide regular reports to senior management.
6. Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
7. Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
8. Manage project documentation, including contracts, drawings, and permits.
9. Lead and mentor project team members, including engineers and supervisors.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• CertificateIn Management Of Productive Technologies /Advanced Certificate in Construction
• Productivity (ACCP) is an added advantage
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in electrical or construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
