We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end IT project delivery, working closely with business and technical stakeholders to drive successful outcomes across complex technology initiatives.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience in project management, systems analysis, or IT delivery, preferably within large enterprises or public sector environments.
- Proven experience managing the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering through implementation and post-go-live support.
- Hands-on technical background with technologies such as Java, JavaScript, Angular, SQL, and web-based application development.
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid approaches.
- Experience working with government digital services or familiarity with Singapore public sector IT frameworks is advantageous.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
