Responsibilities
- Engage business stakeholders to gather insights into workflows, challenges, and areas for enhancement. Analyze current systems to pinpoint opportunities for optimization, automation, and AI integration. Convert business needs into precise functional and technical specifications. Collaborate with delivery teams to design effective solution strategies. Directly work with data to support analytics and AI-driven initiatives. Contribute to projects involving predictive analytics, workflow optimization, and decision support. Prepare, validate, and integrate data into business processes, ensuring accuracy. Support applications and data platforms hosted on AWS alongside delivery teams. Participate in cloud architecture and configurations, ensuring scalability, security, and cost efficiency. Identify and implement automation opportunities within processes and workflows. Develop integrations using Power Automate across platforms such as Microsoft 365 and SharePoint. Support backend integrations with Node.js, modifying and developing components as needed. Collaborate with project managers and development teams in both Agile and Waterfall environments. Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT), defect resolution, and change impact assessments. Ensure adherence to security, data governance, and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience. 5-8 years of experience in Business Analysis or similar technical roles. Strong background in application services and platform-based solutions. Proven hands-on experience with AI, data analytics, cloud technologies, automation, and backend integrations. Comfortable working in delivery-driven environments with a focus on achieving outcomes.
