We are looking for an experienced Project Manager (Team Lead) to lead the execution of AV integration projects across various vertical markets (Government, Education, Healthcare, Hospitality & Entertainment, etc).
Key Responsibilities
Project Management
- Lead and manage mega AV system integration projects from award to completion
- Review system designs, technical drawings and project specifications
- Coordinate staging, installation, testing and commissioning
- Ensure projects are delivered with quality, on schedule, within scope and budget
- Work closely with in-house designers, engineering & admin teams and manufacturers
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients during project delivery
- Manage project meetings, progress updates, technical discussions and reports
- Ensure client expectations and project objectives are aligned and met
Team Leadership
- Lead a team of Project Managers and Engineers
- Plan and manage team resources allocation for awarded projects
- Conduct regular meetings with team members for individual project progress update
- Ensure the company's Best Practices are implemented with documentation across all projects
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Engineering, Construction or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years experience in project management (AV / ELV / ICT / Construction)
- Able to interpret technical drawings including schematics, system diagrams and layouts
- Strong organisational, coordination and problem-solving skills
