Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support and deliver projects within the Singapore Government / Public Sector environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality objectives are met
• Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements
• Work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to drive project execution
• Facilitate requirement workshops, solution discussions, and project reviews
• Track project progress, risks, issues, and provide regular status updates
• Ensure deliverables align with business needs and governance standards

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of relevant project management experience
• Mandatory: Experience delivering Singapore Government / Public Sector projects
• Mandatory: Hands-on experience performing Business Analysis tasks (e.g. requirements gathering, process analysis, documentation, stakeholder engagement), even if not in a formal BA title
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Familiarity with Agile / Waterfall delivery methodologies
• Relevant certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, CBAP, etc.) are advantageous
