Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (Systems) to lead the delivery and integration of high-availability, safety-critical systems. The ideal candidate will bring strong project leadership capabilities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in compliance with contract requirements and industry standards. This role involves coordinating internal teams, external stakeholders, and third-party vendors to achieve seamless project execution.
Requirements:
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of the project, from planning to execution.
- Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with contract requirements, timelines, and compliance standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and third-party vendors.
- Oversee project planning, budgeting, hiring, partner sourcing, and vendor/contractor management.
- Manage project scope, schedules, resources, risks, and quality control activities.
- Ensure robust documentation, change management, and configuration control throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead progress reporting, stakeholder communication, and governance reviews.
- Drive issue resolution and proactively mitigate risks across technical and operational domains.
- Ensure compliance with relevant standards, including cybersecurity and operational safety requirements.
- Accountable for the smooth planning, execution, and timely delivery of all project phases: design, development, delivery, installation, integration testing, implementation, and maintenance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Professional Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP).
- Minimum 8 years of experience in project management, specifically in large-scale systems projects.
- Proven experience delivering complex, multi-stakeholder systems integration projects.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Sound understanding of technical documentation and systems architecture.
- Experience managing at least one implementation using Agile project management methodology.
Desirable Skills:
- Background in managing vendor contracts and subcontractor coordination.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity requirements for critical infrastructure systems.
- Experience coordinating teams across multiple locations or countries.
- Understanding of the software systems lifecycle, including design, development, integration, testing, and commissioning.
