About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to lead and oversee end-to-end project execution, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills, capable of managing multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor project progress from initiation to completion.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Manage budgets, schedules, and risk assessments to ensure successful delivery.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure alignment.
- Prepare regular progress reports and present updates to management.
- Identify and resolve project issues, ensuring smooth and efficient execution.
- Ensure all work complies with company policies, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices in project management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-8 years of project management experience, preferably in Metal Fabrications Industry.
- Proven track record in handling multiple projects concurrently.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Proficient in project management software (e.g. MS Project, Asana, Trello, or equivalent).
- PMP or equivalent certification is an advantage.
