Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organise, and manage all aspects of project construction, including construction plans, personnel allocation, and site readiness.
- Oversee project quality and safety management, ensuring compliance with company standards and local regulations.
- Coordinate and manage local subcontractors (e.g., scaffolding) and labor teams to maintain smooth project operations.
- Manage local procurement, including supplier selection, price negotiation, and contract execution.
- Coordinate international logistics and customs clearance to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
- Oversee warehouse operations and material planning, ensuring efficient material usage and clear inventory control.
- Organise internal resource coordination and maintain effective communication with domestic engineering management teams.
- Provide regular reports on project progress, cost control, and risk status to management to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Manage the interface between structural and faade (curtain wall) works, ensuring design, fabrication, supply, and on-site installation integrate seamlessly.
- Review structural and faade construction plans and technical briefings, identifying potential technical risks and proposing optimization measures.
- Ensure quality and safety control of critical construction processes, particularly at structural-faade interfaces.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of construction project management experience, with full project lifecycle responsibility.
- Strong knowledge of construction organisation, quality control, and safety management systems overseas project experience is preferred.
- Proven experience in coordinating local procurement, conducting supplier negotiations, and managing contracts.
- Familiarity with international logistics and customs clearance processes.
- Flexible, proactive, and results-oriented, with the ability to coordinate across domestic and international teams.
- Project experience in structural and faade (curtain wall) engineering is mandatory, including coordination of steel/aluminum structures or main structural works with faade systems.
- Understanding of structural construction processes and the full lifecycle of faade design, fabrication, and installation.
- Strong ability to identify and manage risks at structural-faade interfaces.
