Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from planning to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and manage construction projects from inception to completion.
Oversee project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely delivery.
Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor site progress and ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Prepare and review project reports, progress claims, and documentation.
Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Coordinate with internal teams including procurement, finance, and site personnel.
Attend site meetings and provide updates to management and stakeholders.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 4-8 years of project management experience in the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and project management practices.
Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Familiar with project documentation and reporting systems.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
