Project Manager

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver periodic progress reports to stakeholders
• Evaluate master programmer and monitor work progress against planned schedules
• Develop cost estimates, review progress claims, interim certificates, and issue payment responses
• Identify potential or actual causes of delay and implement preventive or remedial actions
• Ensure timely preparation, submission, and clearance of documents with relevant authorities
• Attend site meetings, maintain accurate records, enforce safety standards, and monitor programmer status
• Manage quality and support handover to operations teams

About you

• Minimum bachelor's degree in engineering (electrical, mechanical or related field)
• At least 3-5 years of working experience in project management
• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) is an advantage
• Familiarity with data centre projects or complex projects in a Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) environment
• Experience with HVAC equipment is an advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Excel
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies
• Strong analytical and logical problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills in English and local language
• Able to commence work immediately
