Project Manager

Job Description & Requirements

Responsibilities:

. Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

. Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors to ensure efficient project execution.

. Monitor project progress, manage and update master program.

. Prepare and submit progress claims, VOs.

. Liaise with site staff, supervisors, foremen, and suppliers.

. Apply mechanical and electrical engineering knowledge to address project challenges.

. Review and approve technical designs, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

. Collaborate with engineers and technicians to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

. Establish and maintain effective communication channels with clients, contractors, and internal teams.

. Provide regular project updates, addressing any concerns or changes promptly.

. Foster positive relationships to enhance client satisfaction and project success.

. Conduct regular inspections and audits to uphold quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

. 3 years experience as a Project Manager, with a focus on both mechanical and electrical projects.

. Strong technical background with the ability to understand and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.

. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

. Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

. Proficient in project management tools and software.
