Project Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

. Maintain inspection records of works, materials and all completed works

. Keeping track on variation and claims of contract and cost impact and feedback information to the Project Director

. Implement cost control measures to meet project budget

. Site co-ordination with all concerned parties and to resolve site issues

. Plan and schedule work sequences for construction operation, according to the Project Management Plan.

. Liaising with consultants on design analysis, design work, design check for approval and to resolve technical issues on site.

. Site inspection for civil work, which includes excavation, structural, casting and ensure that the work is executed as per the project specification and construction drawing/final approved drawing from authorities.

. Ensure worker carried out meet out quality standards and contractual requirements.

.To control materials, plan the overall schedule and implement specific planning measures

Requirements:

. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field

. Minium 5 years of project environment experience

. Able to work independently and possess good problem-solving skill.

. Superior civil, structural, or architectural engineering working knowledge of plans, engineering drawings, specifications and schematics associated with the mechanical and plumbing trades

. Computer literacy. Significant experience with Excel, Word, and other computer based tools

. Excellent communication and organizational skills
