As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and support our on-site project operations.
Job Description
As a Project Manager, you will oversee renovation and installation projects from planning to completion. Candidates with strong knowledge of painting products and painting processes is a must.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate painting projects from start to finish
- Oversee daily on-site activities and ensure smooth workflow
- Plan project schedules, manpower allocation, and assist logistic team for smooth workflow
- Ensure correct application and handling of painting products and materials
- Conduct regular site and quality inspections to ensure quality, safety, and compliance
- Resolve on-site issues promptly and provide timely updates to stakeholders
- Liaise with designers, painter team, suppliers, clients, and internal teams
- Prepare project documentation, progress reports, and handover requirements
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in project management, site coordination, or related renovation/construction roles
- Strong knowledge of painting products, tools, and painting processes
- Able to read and understand site drawings and technical specifications
- Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills
- Responsible, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects concurrently
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Fluent in both English and Chinese (to communicate with English- and Chinese-speaking clients, suppliers, and subcontractors)
