Project Manager / Site Coordinator (Interior Fit-Out)

We are a bespoke interior fit-out and project delivery firm working across commercial, workplace, and specialist interior projects. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Site Coordinator who is hands-on, organised, and comfortable operating between site execution and project management.

This role suits someone who enjoys being close to the works, coordinating multiple trades, and taking ownership of day-to-day delivery while working closely with consultants, subcontractors, and clients.

The Role

You will be responsible for managing projects from site mobilisation through to handover, with key responsibilities including:

• Day-to-day site coordination and supervision of works

• Managing subcontractors, sequencing, and site logistics

• Programme tracking and coordination to meet key milestones

• Quality control, site inspections, and defect management

• Coordination of shop drawings, approvals, and RFIs

• Liaison with consultants, vendors, landlords, and clients

• Managing safety, access, and site compliance requirements

• Supporting commercial matters such as variations and progress claims

This is a delivery-focused role with real accountability, not a desk-only PM position.

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

• Experienced in interior fit-out, renovation, or construction delivery

• Comfortable managing both site coordination and project management responsibilities

• Practical, solution-oriented, and confident on site

• Strong in coordination, communication, and stakeholder management

• Able to work independently and manage multiple moving parts

• Familiar with subcontractor management and site sequencing

Experience delivering commercial office or interior fit-out projects in Singapore is highly preferred.
