Responsibilities
Technical Project Management
- Develop and execute project plans to ensure timely delivery of platform initiatives
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage resource allocation
- Identify risks and implement mitigation plans
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status and key metrics
- Maintain clear and up-to-date project documentation
Technical Operations
- Develop and maintain incident response processes and procedures
- Monitor and ensure timely resolution of incidents against service levels
- Prioritise incidents based on impact and urgency
- Maintain incident records for reporting and analysis
- Conduct post-incident reviews and drive improvement actions
- Work with teams to implement preventive measures
- Support operational reporting and customer communications
Requirements
- Relevant certifications such as PMP, CPM, or ITIL
- Experience in technical project management and operations in cloud or telecom environments
- Experience working in agile delivery environments
Technical Skills
- Experience with at least two hypervisors such as VMware ESXi, OpenStack, KVM, or Nutanix
- Knowledge of networking concepts such as BGP, OSPF, VXLAN, and L2/L3
- Familiarity with enterprise firewalls and switches (e.g., Fortinet, Cisco, Juniper or similar)
- Experience with server infrastructure (rack-mounted, HCI, or blade servers)
- Good understanding of Linux operating systems
