Job Summary
Lead and manage construction projects by planning, scheduling, and monitoring progress to deliver on time and within budget. Oversee site safety, compliance, and quality standards while managing risks, budgets, and stakeholder relationships.
Responsibilities
- Lead a project team to deliver construction projects on schedule and within budget
- Develop, schedule, monitor, and update project plans to achieve targets
- Manage project risks, issues, budgets, and scope throughout the project lifecycle
- Oversee all construction site operations, ensuring safety and compliance with regulations
- Ensure all construction work meets client and company quality standards and requirements
- Comply with all Government, statutory, and agency regulations and requirements at all times
- Build and maintain positive relationships with external clients and internal team members
- Apply best practices in construction project management to optimize project outcomes
Required competencies and certifications
- Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by Singapore PE Board
- Minimum 15 years of working experience in major civil engineering or building construction projects

- Strong leadership, analytical, planning, organizational, communication, and presentation skills
