Job Description
Reports to the CEO
Lead a team to deliver project on schedule and within budget
Liaising with clients, consultants, relevant authorities, and sub-contractors to ensure smooth completion of the projects
Prepare, review, and submit all detailed programmes, schedule, method statement, technical proposal, risk assessment plans
Lead a team of professional and technical staff in planning and execution of day-to-day operations
Job Requirements
A Recognized professional and technical academic certificatesin Arch, Civil / Structural / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering, Building Science or Quantity Surveying, which is recognised either by the respective Professional Bodies, professional institutions.
Min 8 years of relevant working experience in construction /inovation works or relevant construction industries,
Knowledge of best practices in Construction Project Management
Possess analytical mindset, independent, self-starter, positive working attitude, takes ownership and a highly responsible individual
Strong organisational, interpersonal and leadership skills
Dynamic, self-motivated, pro-active, and result-oriented individuals with a proven record in the building industry
Able to work in fast paced environment
Build and maintain positive relationships with external clients/internal teammembers
