Project Manager (m/f/d)
Position Overview
The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to manage cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and project risks throughout the full project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning& Execution
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Lead the full project lifecycle-from initiation to closure
- Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed to achieve goals
Stakeholder &Communication Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Prepare and deliver regular status updates, reports, and presentations
- Facilitate project meetings and ensure clear, consistent communication
Risk, Issue &Budget Management
- Identify project risks and issues implement mitigation strategies
- Track and manage project costs to ensure budget compliance
- Ensure adherence to quality, compliance, and organizational standards
Team Leadership& Collaboration
- Lead and coordinate multi‑disciplinary project teams
- Manage external partners, vendors, and service providers
- Promote a collaborative and solution‑oriented working environment
Quality Assurance& Project Closure
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure quality deliverables
- Conduct post‑project evaluations and lessons learned
- Document and present project outcomes to leadership
