Project Manager Shipman

Structure and manage the One Shipman OSV transformation roadmap.

Ensure that project deliverables are well known and effectively deployed.

Ensure that One Shipman project deliverables and processes are well known and deployed in Asia.

Provide reporting to One Shipman France senior management.

Define and deploy the change management strategy in alignment with the country Fleet Manager.

Support middle managers in adapting and evolving their management practices.

Implement communication tailored to shore-based and onboard teams.

Organize training and onboarding initiatives.

Ensure that the objectives and KPIs deployed during the One Shipman project are properly implemented.

Ensure that management rituals are properly implemented (WRU, WOOM, QOOM, Monthly Business Review, Operational Cell Quarterly Review, etc.).

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (ISM, ISPS, IMO, etc.) and client requirements (OVMSA, IMCA).

Coordinate with the Asia Fleet Manager.
