Project Manager (Senior Consultant)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the product backlog, translating stakeholder and regulatory requirements into a prioritised, executable delivery plan.
• Lead the cross-functional Scrum team through day-to-day delivery, including Agile planning and ceremonies, sprint and release planning, dependency management, issue resolution, and release governance.
• Work closely with the stakeholders and Scrum team to coordinate delivery, plan releases, manage dependencies, and ensure timely delivery of prioritised product backlog items.
• Manage delivery plans, schedules, risks, issues, dependencies, blockers and escalations to ensure the timely delivery of product outcomes.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between the stakeholders and the Scrum team.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and communications across the Licensing and Regulation of Insolvency Practitioners Division (LRIPD) and Minlaw divisions, as well as government agencies and third parties.

Essential Skill Sets:

• Scrum Certification.
• 7 + years leading digital transformation programmes in an agile scrum delivery environment.
• 7+ years leading cross-functional scrum teams.
• Experience delivering government or public sector digital products.

Desirable Experience:

• Experience in GovTech tech stack.
• Experience in OutSystems-based delivery.
• Experience in handling legacy tech systems.
• Good knowledge of the government ICT policies and standards.
