Responsibilities
- Responsible for the delivery and implementation of securities systems for Hong Kong brokerage clients, including installation, configuration, testing, and go-live support
- Coordinate project resources, develop project plans, track project progress, and ensure on-time delivery
- Provide technical support related to the Hong Kong securities market, including technical integration with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEX)
- Gain an in-depth understanding of the securities system's fundamental framework and assist clients in completing system go-live
- Maintain efficient communication with clients and internal teams (technical, product, etc.) to ensure smooth project execution
- Troubleshoot issues encountered during project implementation, manage project risks, and improve client satisfaction
- Assist in other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Financial Engineering or related fields
- Minimum 3 years's of project management experience, with work experience in Hong Kong brokerage firms or related to securities systems is preferred
- Familiarity with the foundational framework of securities systems, system go-live processes and a good understanding of the Hong Kong securities market and HKEX connectivity
- Capable of seamless communication with clients and teams
- Strong organizational, problem-solving and stress management skills
- PMP certification holder is a plus
- Excellent command in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin)
