We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation of SAP Business One across our operations in Singapore and Malaysia and to migrate the data from our existing system iScala. This strategic role is pivotal in transforming financial processes, integrating multiple systems, and standardizing workflows to enhance efficiency and transparency. The incumbent will serve as the key liaison between internal key users and external consultants/business partners. This role is critical in driving business process alignment, managing and/or coordinating key users of the project and ensuring effective change management throughout the project lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, project management, and SAP Business One, with a proven track record of successful implementations, and is comfortable collaborating cross-function in diversify business industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the full SAP ERP implementation project lifecycle, from planning and requirements gathering to deployment and post-implementation support.
  • Collaborate closely with external SAP consultants to ensure business requirements are accurately translated into system design and configuration.
  • Facilitate workshops with key stakeholders to gather requirements and define future-state processes.
  • Oversee data migration efforts, including data cleansing, validation, and reconciliation activities.
  • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), track issues, and ensure timely resolution.
  • Support change management, training, and communication initiatives to ensure successful adoption by end-users.
  • Monitor project deliverables and timelines specific to the finance function, escalating risks or delays as appropriate.
  • Provide post-implementation support and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science and any other related fields.
  • Min 7 years experience in project management, IT system implementation, digital transformation (technical) and related areas.
  • Prior experience to SAP implementation, preferably project lead or business facing role is highly preferred.
  • Ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong customers/users-centric, trouble-shooting skills on IT systems and a good team player.
  • Understanding of data security and compliance regulations.
  • IT affinity & motivation to learn new technologies.
  • Good command of both spoken & written English.
  • Singaporean / SPR and short notice period, will be added advantage.
