Project Manager (Sales & Marketing)

We're looking for a driven Business Development Executive / Manager to grow with us. In this role, you'll take ownership of driving new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and creating meaningful partnerships that contribute directly to our continued success.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and source potential sales prospects through cold-calling and outreach.

• Pitch exhibition and brand activation opportunities to prospective clients.

• Achieve sales KPIs as set by the company.

• Develop long-term business relationships to encourage repeat partnerships.

• Provide marketing and operational support to ensure an exceptional client experience.

• Build rapport and understand client needs to deliver tailored solutions.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience in business development, lead generation, or account management.

• Strong business acumen and ability to identify and seize new opportunities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-driven.

• A collaborative team player who thrives under pressure and in fast-paced environments.

• Experience in the parenting or baby products industry is a plus.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
