Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Digital Banking Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of mobile and digital banking projects, including integration with core and host banking systems. The role involves managing scope, timelines, budget, risks, SIT/UAT, and production readiness while working closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and vendors. Candidates should have 8+ years of IT project management experience, with 5+ years in digital banking or financial services, strong knowledge of digital banking architecture, APIs, and SDLC (Agile/Waterfall), excellent stakeholder and vendor management skills, and proficiency with tools such as JIRA, MS Project, and Confluence.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of digital banking projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage project scope, timelines, budget, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with upstream and downstream host systems and ensure seamless integration with core banking systems.
  • Drive stakeholder engagement across business units, technology teams, and vendors.
  • Oversee SIT/UAT planning and execution, ensuring readiness for production deployment.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, status reports, and governance artifacts.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies proactively.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of IT project management experience, with at least 5 years in digital banking or financial services.
  • Proven track record in managing mobile banking app projects and system integration involving host systems
  • Prior business analyst experience highly preferred
  • Strong understanding of digital banking architecture, APIs, and integration patterns
  • Familiarity with any SDLC methodology
  • Excellent stakeholder management and vendor coordination skills.
  • Excellent PowerPoint and presentation skills
  • Proficient in project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall) and tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project, Confluence).
