Project Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking a hands-on Assistant Project Manager / Project Manager to manage and deliver façade and millwork projects from planning through to completion. This role may be appointed at the Assistant Project Manager or Project Manager level, depending on experience, and will play a key role in driving project execution, ensuring quality and timely delivery, and supporting Redwood's continued growth.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee project execution, including liaising with clients and consultants to ensure progress aligns with project schedules.
• Communicate project expectations clearly and effectively to team members and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with the drafting department on the preparation, submission, and approval of shop drawings and as-built drawings.
• Liaise with clients and their representatives on all site matters and attend site meetings as required.
• Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate team members to ensure efficient project execution.
• Conduct post-project reviews (post-mortems) and prepare reports to identify key learnings and areas for improvement.
• Identify potential risks and issues, implement solutions, and maintain overall project effectiveness.
• Develop and implement best practices, tools, and processes to improve project execution and management.
• Monitor project costs, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful completion.
• Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring alignment and timely updates.

Qualifications & Experience

• Prior experience in façade, interior fit-out, or millwork projects preferred.
• Strong understanding of technical drawings, including architectural, MEP, and structural details.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other relevant design software is an advantage.
• Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willing and able to travel overseas for project supervision.
