1 year renewable contract with full benefits + bonus, subject to renewal or conversion.
Key Responsibilities
- Overall projects supervision and is responsible for their project P&L
- Drive project execution and controlling until contract closure
- Managing performance, costs, schedule, quality, and risks & opportunities for mitigation actions
- Monitoring and controlling with the WPMs the performance of the different activities of their respective work packages
- Managing interface with key customers and the project third-parties, ensuring customer satisfaction for the project(s) and company reputation
- Implementing, with the support of Operations(PMO), a solid and comprehensive EAC process, sales and cash forecasts and risks & opportunities management
- Coordinate the resource allocations within the projects with the Project Portfolio Director/Project Director and the respective Department Heads
- Lead Bid activities with the support of the Bid team for opportunities and variations orders within the projects portfolio
- Report on overall project performance and financial results to the Senior Management at Regional and Line of Business levels
- Will have a pivotal role with the Services Development and Services Operations to define the strategy and the excellence in Engineering and Industrial support for our services businesses as part of his OPEX portfolio
Key Requirements
- Engineering degree (Electronic, Telecommunications, or Informatics) or equivalent
- Strong technical knowledge in Communication-Based Train Control (CBTC) railway signalling systems is desirable
- PMP-Certified, IPMA-Certified, Prince2-Certified profiles or equivalent will be valued
- Excellent people and stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely with all project stakeholders, included but not limited to with the senior management, key customers, key partners and contractors
- 5-10 years of experience in delivering projects, engineering, construction of infrastructures or any related industry
- Knowledge of the development/implementation of maintenance and services operations (such as maintenance digitalisation, asset management, obsolescence management, spare & repairs, operator trainings) will be highly considered
