Project Manager/ Project Director (LTA, Viaduct, Flyover, Roadwork)

An A1-grade main contractor backed by a leading international infrastructure group, with a strong portfolio of successfully delivered LTA projects across Singapore. The organisation is known for handling LTA, MRT, Roadworks, flyover, and viaduct developments, driven by robust technical expertise and disciplined project execution.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, plan, and manage the project from inception to completion
• Ensure delivery on time, within budget, and in compliance with LTA standards and regulations
• Develop and implement project strategies, schedules, risk management plans, and cost controls
• Oversee and coordinate cross-functional teams including engineers, consultants, and subcontractors
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including LTA, government agencies, and internal management
• Provide regular progress updates and reports to senior management
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or related discipline
• Proven experience managing LTA projects in Singapore
