PROJECT MANAGER

Key Duties

- Monitor and track on-site progress, to ensure all work is completed on time with required quality standards.

- Conducting meeting with client, consultants, Engineer, Sub-Con & Surveyor.

- Prepared all on-site documentation, ensure all changes of specification of construction drawings is updated.

- Prepare, Co-ordinate, Writing & Submitting site reports, technical drawings and other necessary documents to related authorities

- Supervised and ensured on-site workers, including subcontractors, to follow all safety and quality procedures.

- Prepare on-site documentation, ensure all changes of specification of construction drawings is updated.

- Updated on-site progress and resolved on-site issued and reported to boss.

- Able to multi task and work in tight schedules.
