The Opportunity
- Adecco is partnering our client, one of the world's leader in the Beauty Industry
- As a PMO, you will act as an extended arm of the Project manager and the Business Experts within Operations to successfully implement a project within the required timeline.
- 6 months contract
- Salary: Up to SGD 8k
- Candidate who can start on immediate notice will be advantageous
The Talent
- Min 5 years of experience in PMO
- Previous experience in a project support, coordination, or operations role is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in MS tools (PowerPoint, SharePoint, Excel, Teams).
- Ability to produce high-quality deliverables and manage cross-functional collaboration.
Job Description
- Support and maintaining the project roadmap, program meetings (agenda, minutes), manage timelines, drive content collection, and follow up on action items while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
- Organizing and documenting (or performing where possible) their mandatory checks and testings.
- Support the Project Manager in organizing synchronisation meetings, taking minutes, and proactively following up on action items with different stakeholders to keep the momentum.
- Serve as a point of contact to help coordinate requests between Operations and Finance
- Help coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions.
- Other Adhoc Admin duties as assigned
