Job Responsibilities
- Project Planning & Execution: Lead project timelines, resource allocations, and deliverables for design-build playground projects.
- Budget & Vendor Management: Manage project budgets and collaborate closely with subcontractors, suppliers, and in-house teams to uphold cost-efficiency and quality.
- Design Coordination: Translate design vision into practical action, bridging gaps between architects, designers, engineers, and installation teams.
- Site Oversight: Supervise on-site implementation, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, construction standards, and project milestones.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the central point of contact for clients, consultants, and internal teams communicate progress, resolve issues, and manage expectations.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain project documentation including progress reports, installation logs, change orders, and compliance records.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/ Degree in Building, Construction, or a related field.
- With 2-4 years of relevant work experience in playground design, park development, or faade/construction projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD for reviewing and interpreting technical drawings.
- Strong understanding of project planning, scheduling, and monitoring to meet project completion targets.
