Role Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and organised Project Manager to support the delivery of our boutique pilot projects in Singapore and the region. This is a hands on, high ownership role ideal for someone early in their career who wants to learn fast by doing, with direct mentorship from the COO and CEO.

You will be the day to day operational backbone for 2 to 4 pilot projects, coordinating across clients, field technicians, onboarding engineers, and the GreenTech team to ensure delivery stays on track.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the day to day delivery of pilot projects in Singapore and across the SEA region (Manila, Australia)
• Track project timelines, deliverables, and risks, and flag issues early
• Coordinate between building teams, the field technician, onboarding engineers, and GreenTech QA
• Prepare and distribute weekly status reports to the COO
• Attend the daily morning standup (SG and BKK time) with the operations team
• Support client communication: schedule site visits, follow up on documentation, track action items
• Help build and document repeatable project SOPs from every pilot

Qualifications

Education:

Degree or diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, Environmental Science, or a related field, or currently studying

Technical and professional skills:

• Comfortable with project tracking tools, Microsoft 365, and video calls across time zones
• Genuine interest in sustainability, green buildings, or technology driven operations
• Nice to have: any prior exposure to the built environment, hospitality, FM, or IoT and smart buildings, even as coursework or a side project

Attitude and ways of working

• Highly organised, proactive, and eager to learn
• Comfortable with ambiguity and able to keep multiple workstreams moving
• Clear written and verbal communication in English, able to interface with building managers and clients

Working model

Singapore onsite, with site visits required within Singapore and regional travel as needed. Daily morning standup with the COO and CEO in office for day to day questions and support. Minimum 4 months, with extension and full time conversion for the right candidate.
