Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive network assurance plans tailored to contractual service agreements and regional maintenance strategies.
• Oversee the operational handover from initial engineering phases to long-term maintenance, directing project initiation, resource scheduling, and quality assurance.
• Serve as the primary custodian of network uptime, directing cross-functional resources during critical service outages and managing post-incident client relations.
• Collaborate with internal account teams to isolate, track, and close high-risk technical vulnerabilities before they impact live environments.
• Evaluate and formally approve complex network modification plans, maintaining accountability for implementation safety and system continuity.
• Manage high-priority technical escalations and customer grievances, coordinating directly with client leadership to deploy swift, effective resolutions.
• Direct operational teams and contract resources to enforce absolute compliance with network security protocols and quality benchmarks.
• Drive timely revenue milestones, audit operational resource hours, and conduct routine service reviews with client executives (CXO level) to showcase long-term infrastructure value.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree holder
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience navigating the operational complexities of the telecommunications or enterprise networking sectors.
• Proven track record leading technical teams, managing resource allocations, and driving projects under tight, high-pressure timelines.
• Strong professional presence with a demonstrated ability to negotiate, influence, and build trust with enterprise-level operational supervisors and stakeholders.
• A proactive approach to risk identification, incident resolution, and structured business administration.
